Begin the day with a variety of breakfast options...anything from a light continental starter to our hearty 'Interstate', which includes eggs, ham, bacon, or sausage, hash browns, and assorted fresh-baked pastries, or the 'Heart Healthy Buffet.
Tailor a complete meal for your guests with choice of salad, entree, potato, vegetable, dessert and beverage selections elegantly presented on linen tablecloths with fine china and silverware. Hot or cold hors d'oeuvres are also available. Jumbo shrimp, deviled eggs, and mini quiche assortments are among the large selection of choices that the Interstate Center can provide.
A buffet meal, soup and sandwich combination, or box lunch can satisfy the appetites of your guests at midday. With the buffet, your guests have their choice of entrees, side dishes, rolls & butter, and beverages. If you're having a private meeting for a half day, a box lunch may be suitable.
To keep your group alert and happy, fresh fruit, veggies & dip, or a cheese tray as well as a variety of other popular snacks, pastries, and beverages are always available.
